How long will it take to get my orders?
We offer one standard delivery option which typically has these timelines :
- Order Processing - 3-7 days
- Shipping - 8-13 days
Note: transit times could exceed 13 days depending on your location.
How do I return/exchange?
- Provide your order number and email/phone number at the returns center
- Select the order which you would like to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided
- Once your return or exchange request has been submitted, please allow us to your request within 48 hours
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and further instructions
Why have I not received shipping confirmation yet?
All orders have a 5-7 day processing period where we source your order from our supplier partner and perform quality checks to ensure you are getting the best products possible!
You will receive your shipping confirmation and tracking code as soon as processing is complete.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, If you need to chance or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.
We are able to cancel or change orders if is still in the 5-7 day processing period. However, once processed an order cannot be cancelled or changed.
How can I track my order?
Once your package is dispatched, an email containing the courier's information and your unique tracking number will be sent to you. This number can be used to monitor the progress of your order.
